6th Grade Picklers

One of our 6th grade classes having pickling fun!
Our 6th grade classes, during science period, picked, washed, sliced, and pickled student grown lemon cucumbers (yum!). These tasty lemon cucumbers made scrumptious bread-and-butter pickles. We cut down on sugar from this traditional American recipe and the pickles were well-liked by many students.
