The Lower School recently celebrated the life of Martin Luther King, Jr. with special activities in their Houses and at a special assembly where everyone contributed art, music, and ideas.

The Tiger House created our theme poster.

Kindergarteners shared ideas they wrote and illustrated about ways to make the world better.

First Graders gave a biographical sketch about the life of Dr. King.
Read their sentences and see their illustrations here!

Ms. Murphy (3rd Grade) and Ms. King (K-3 Music) accompanied us in our singing.

The Dragon House made this poster about friendship.

The Lion House also gave their thoughts about making the world a better place.

The Wolf House and the Dolphin House worked on these for our celebrations of the life and ideals of Martin Luther King, Jr.
