PREPAYMENT DISCOUNTS:
Families paying in full are entitled to tuition discounts.
5% discount on the total tuition if paid by April 15th
4% discount on the total tuition if paid by May 15th
3% discount on the total tuition if paid by July 1st.

* The Prepayment Discounts apply only to payments made by check. No discounts will be offered for tuition payment in full by credit card. Financial aid recipients are not eligible for prepayment discounts.
SIBLING DISCOUNT:
Families with more than one child attending BPC may take a 10% discount on the total tuition per younger sibling.
NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT:
Equal to one month’s tuition to be submitted with the enrollment contract. The non-refundable deposit will be applied toward your 2011-2012 tuition.
MANDATORY TUITION INSURANCE:
Tuition insurance is mandatory unless tuition is prepaid in full. An invoice will be sent to all families at the beginning of the school year.
TUITION PAYMENT PLANS:
Choose from one of the following options below and note it on your annual Enrollment Agreement.
1. Pay in Full: Due April 15th (5%), May 15th (4%), or July 1st (3%).
2. Two Equal payments: Due July 1st and January 5th.
3. Ten Monthly payments: Due monthly by the first business day of each month, beginning July 1st, through April 1st.
All payments, including the initial tuition deposit that is returned with the enrollment contract, daycare fees, music fees, and tuition insurance, should be mailed to the school’s main address for proper crediting:

EXTENDED DAY CARE:
Drop-in rate: $9.50/hour
Pre-pay rate: $8.50/hour
K-5 students: $340.00 must be paid by the 2nd of the month; this entitles you to 40 hours of Daycare for the month.
6th-8th students: $204 must be pre-paid by the 2nd of the month; this entitles you to 24 hours of Daycare for the month.
AFTER-SCHOOL CLUBS AND MUSIC LESSONS:
Music lessons (String, Orchestra, Band): $300/semester
We offer three sessions of after-school clubs for both Upper and Lower School and prices vary per club. Students will not be charged for daycare during club time.
