Field Trips:
Wednesday, October 1         Muir Woods National Monument  - 9:00 to 2:00 
We will meet with the naturalist and then break into small groups for a nature hike and tree activities.  Lunch and playing will follow at Muir Beach.  This will be a culminating trip for our September tree studies.

We’ve started with the rain cycle, thunder and lightening phenomena.
Students will be keeping a weather calendar at home to record temperature highs and lows and weather adjectives.
