Later in the year we will be learning about butterflies, but the monarch migration is now in full swing.  
Places for week-end visits:  
Natural Bridges Park in Santa Cruz is offering week-end butterfly tours through November.   
Ardenwood Historic Farm also has butterfly tours on the week-ends, from October through December (or as long as the monarchs are there.
