We made pretzels for our recipe project in Spanish. We made them because everyone else was making desserts and we wanted to make something different. The purpose of the Spanish project was to practice using verbal commands. It also helped our ability to translate English to Spanish. First we found a recipe, then we used the dictionary to translate the whole thing into Spanish. Once we had it in Spanish, we made a poster board with the name of our cooking show. Then we made the pretzels and brought them to school. We presented our recipe and our pretzels to the class during Spanish.
