Mathcounts Winners!
Congratulations to all of the Upper School Mathcounts team members! On Saturday, February 27, five BPC Upper School students (Joey, John B., Dan D., Tim, and David H.) successfully competed in the East Bay Mathcounts Competition at UC Berkeley. Joey won first place in the Individual Run, and Tim won first place of the Countdown Round, which is a fast-paced, oral competition for top scoring individuals. What's more, as a group, the BPC team placed second among 14 schools! These students again represented the school well at the State competition on March 20 at UC Davis. Excellent job!
