KBPC’s fifteenth podcast features 7th Graders interviewing Mildred Dandridge, an environmentalist/innovator, about her passion to build awareness in K-12  students about  energy assessment techniques, efficiency, and sustainable living.  She was a 2007 recipient of the Purpose Prize, a program that recognizes Americans over 60 for efforts in solving critical social problems.  She is also the grandmother of two BPC students. Visit Strategic Energy Innovations, where Ms. Dandridge, is Senior Program Director.

The program concludes with our first radio drama presentation. Based on a wartime novel by California writer William Saroyan it features 7th Graders as cast, director and producer.
