TUITION PAYMENT PLANS


Choose from one of the options below and note it on your contract.  Remember that contracts become binding

  1. after June 1.


1.Pay in Full:  Due July 1, 2009

  1. •Take a 5% discount on total tuition only, and subtract the deposit, if already paid. 

  2. •If paying in full by credit card, the discount is 3%. 

  3. •Financial aid recipients are not eligible for a discount.

  2. •Due by the first of each month, July 1st - April 1st, 2010

            (except February 2010)

NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT:

Equal to one month’s tuition to be submitted with the enrollment contract.  (It will be applied to the February 2009 tuition payment.)


ANNUAL TUITION: (over 10 months):





Families paying in full are entitled to a 5% discount on the total tuition if paid by July 1st.  Families with more than one child attending BPC may take a 10% discount on the total tuition per younger sibling.

Orchestra

(2x/week, grades 2-3 and 4-8)


Band

$240/semester

(2x/week for grades 4-8)


Cantiamo Chorus

$100/semester

(1x/week for grades 3-5)

(1x/week for grades 6-8)


After-School Clubs: BPC has many intriguing  after-school clubs. Here are some examples:

  1. Math Club

  4. Drama Club

  5. Mad Science

  6. Jewelry Making

  7. Art Club

  8. Improv Club

  9. Yearbook Club


Clubs sessions are three times a year. Fees to be announced at start of each session.

Extended Daycare:

Drop-in rate: $8.50/hour


Pre-pay rate for grades K-5:

$7.25/hour 

  1. •$290.00 must be paid by the 2nd of the month; this entitles you to 40 hours of Daycare for the month. 

  2. •$145.00 pre-pay for December and June entitles you to 20 hours of Daycare for each of those months.


Pre-pay rate for grades 6-8:

$7.50/hour

  1. •$180 must be pre-paid by the 2nd of the month; this entitles you to 24 hours of Daycare for the month. 

  2. •$90.00 pre-pay for December and June; entitles you to 12 hours of Daycare for each of those months.

MANDATORY TUITION INSURANCE:

1.6% of annual tuition due by July 1st.  Tuition insurance will be waived if tuition is paid in full.
